This is vintage French whisper fine delicate looking snowy white cotton lace that dates from about the 1900-20s. It has a bobbin lace quality. It measures just under half an inch wide and is 40 inches in length.

Its ideal for trimming doll clothing,pin cushions,christening gowns etc. Ideal for heirloom sewing!
